1. Prepare necessary wrenches and tools.
2. Check that there is no lubricating oil in the machine base, bearings, and oil chamber.
3. Check if the sealing degree of the hollow shaft flesh and blood is appropriate, and the packing cover should not press the packing too tightly. It is allowed to drip out.
4. Rotate the coupling by hand or pipe pliers, paying attention to whether there are foreign objects colliding, making noise, or getting stuck inside the pump body. If there are any, they should be cleared before starting the pump.
5. Fill the pump chamber with the liquid and do not operate under friction to avoid locking the ball liner.
6. Fully open the gate valve of the liquid pipe.
7. Turn on the electric motor.

1. Close the suction pipe valve.
2. Close the discharge pipe valve.
3. Stop the motor.
4. When the pump is stopped for a long time, the liquid in the pump chamber should be drained and rinsed with water or steam.
I-1B slurry pump operation:
1. Regularly check the temperature rise of the pump and motor bearings, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
2. Timely replenish lubricating oil to ensure good bearing lubrication.
3. During operation, if abnormal noise or excessive vibration is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
4. When the flow rate significantly decreases, it indicates that the rubber lining has worn out and should be replaced with a new lining before operation.
